Prom season is almost here, and if you've got daughters, it's time to start thinking about dresses.
High school juniors and seniors can register for a chance to get a free prom dress from Cinderella's Closet, a program started by two sisters who wanted to help provide prom dresses to girls who may not have the means to attend prom. It's also a great way to recycle gently used dresses.
Dresses will be distributed on a first come first served basis and will depend on the number and sizes of dresses donated.
Distribution of prom dresses will be from noon to 4 p.m. March 24, April 6 and 13 at 7485 E. Broadway.
Donations of prom dresses, shoes and accessories can be dropped off from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays at 7485 E. Broadway.
Tax deductible cash donations can be sent directly to Cinderella's Closet.
