Former Tucson police officer Andrea Middleton was sentenced to three months probation on Friday for computer tampering.

Middleton pleaded guilty to two counts of computer tampering last month.

She originally was charged with three counts of the crime, a class six felony, for using her access to law enforcement databases while still with TPD to track down and harass a romantic rival.

Pima County Superior Court Judge Howard Fell reduced the charges to misdemeanors at the sentencing.
