Pima County Superior Court Judge Scott Rash today ordered the release of documents from the divorce proceedings of the parents of accused killer Kyle Drattlo.

Drattlo stands accused of the July killing of his grandparents, Erskin and Mary Fulgham.

Drattlo and friends, Christopher E. Terry and Brianna Harding are accused of beating and stabbing to death the couple in their midtown home. The three were arrested driving the Fulgham's car a few days after the killing in rural Nevada.

Drattlo's defense attorneys requested the judge order the release of the civil case documents, which had been put under seal.

The defense also has requested and the judge allowed, the release of Drattlo's case file from Child Protective Services.

*Clarification: The judge ordered the parties in the civil case be notified of the plan to release the documents. They will be given 20 days to file any objections, if they choose not to object, the judge will sign an order to release the documents.
