A man who was among 10 people arrested in 2012 for unlawfully possessing marijuana at a medical marijuana-themed business was sentenced to probation this week.

Pima County Superior Court Judge Kenneth Lee sentenced Roberto Tapia to two years probation after he pleaded guilty to facilitation of the transfer of marijuana for sale.

Tapia was one of the people associated with Shop 420, which police raided in September 2012. Police raided all five Shop 420 stores in Tucson and Casa Grande.
