A Sonoran Science Academy freshman was recognized last week as part of the 2014 Arizona Scholastic Writing Awards.

Sarah McKee was awarded a Silver Key for her persuasive writing submission, “Tantrums and Tiaras.”

The award recognizes the exceptional vision of the nation’s youth, providing an opportunity for students to be noticed for their creative talents.
