The Tucson Unified School School District and Pima Community College is hosting a free Parent University Saturday for TUSD families. 

The event, which begins at 9:30 a.m., is designed to inform parents and students in elementary, middle and high school about pathways to college and a career. 

PCC Vice Chancellor for Information Technology Keith McIntosh and University of Arizona Associate Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Undergraduate Admissions Dr. Kasey Urquidez will serve as keynote speakers.  

Registration starts at 8:30 a.m., followed by the keynote speakers and workshops on succeeding in school and life at the Pima Community College west campus, 2202 W. Anklam Road. 

Continental breakfast and lunch, and college tours will be provided. Childcare is no longer available.
