Tucson's sixth streetcar rolled into town today.

That leaves two more cars before the city has its full complement of vehicles.

City officials plan to open the route to riders this July even though all of the cars will be fully tested.

The city is seeking a Federal Transit Administration waiver to operate the route with a truncated fleet.
