One way or another, the future of the controversial 11 speed cameras operated by Tempe-based American Traffic Solutions here in Pima County will be decided today.

The Supervisors are expected to decide today whether to shut them off forever or give them a temporary reprieve as ATS moves 7 of the 11 cameras into either schools zones or into temporary spots that have problems with speeding drivers.
