Tucson’s El Rio Community Health Center, along with several community partners, will provide school-age children with free immunizations, dental and vision screenings and fluoride varnish treatments at three events this month.

Members of the public are invited to bring their school-age children (ages five through 18) to the events, which are scheduled for July 21, July 26 and July 28.

In addition to the screenings and immunizations, Tucson Medical Center will be giving out free booster seats and  El Rio’s “Reach out and Read” program volunteers will provide a free book to children while supplies last.

Resource tables will be available for families to learn more about El Rio services, the Pima Community Access Program and Medicaid, which in Arizona is called the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS).

•10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 21 at the Boys & Girls Club — Roy Drachman Clubhouse, 5901 South Santa Clara

•3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 26 at the Boys & Girls Club — Frank & Edith Morton Clubhouse, 3155 E. Grant Road;
