Green Fields Country Day School is holding a free workshop meant to help students become power players in the workforce.

Titled "Empowering Tomorrow's Leaders," the event is at 7 p.m. Jan. 28 at 6000 E. Camino de la Tierra.

The workshop will address qualities needed to thrive in careers, including ethics, critical thinking, continued learning and communication.

“The future may be unknown, but a toolbox of skills can help – emotional competency, responsible decision-making, tenacity, creativity, curiosity, and compassion. All these elements are beyond the lesson plan yet can be assertively shared with students,” said Rebecca Cordier, Head of School at Green Fields, in a news release.
