Interfaith Community Services, a nonprofit that provides food and assistance to those in need, is seeking help from volunteers and food donors because many of its regular contributors have left town for the summer.

The organization is looking for those who can deliver mobile meals on the northwest side, give seniors rides around town and lift as much as 50 pounds to help with its food pantry. The organization also seeks nonperishable food items. The ICS Food Bank, at 2820 W. Ina Road, is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
