Marana Unified School District has undergone a rebranding effort, adopting a new slogan and logo at the cost of $3,350.

"As we look to the future and embark on exciting changes, now is the perfect time to capture that excitement through a new District Vision Statement and brand," Superintendent Doug Wilson wrote in a news release. "To that end, we are very excited to begin a new year with a Vision Statement which clearly and concisely conveys our direction: 'Inspiring students to learn today and lead tomorrow.' Since we believe that education without inspiration is only information, this Vision statement truly captures our purpose and values as a district."
