Kate Frazier, a first-grade teacher at Marana Unified School District's DeGrazia Elementary School, won an iPad Mini from Horace Mann’s “Educator iPad Attack” contest. The device is worth $399.

Frazier won the contest by entering on Horace Mann's Facebook page. Horace Mann is an insurance company that serves educators.
