The San Carlos Apache tribe is moving forward with plans to build a new casino in Pinal County.

The $26 million Apache Sky Casino, near Aravaipa — about 25 miles northeast of Oracle — will employ 400 people and is expected to take 18 months to build once ground is broken in April. The facility will include two
