Oro Valley hiring police officers

Oro Valley Police Department is looking to add to its ranks. According to job postings on its website, the department is accepting applications for police officers. It's accepting new applicants, as well as officers in other departments looking to move laterally.

Officers from other departments can post their information to be put on file for when openings develop. New candidates have until 5 p.m. May 24 to apply.

Qualified applicants must be U.S. Citizens, 21 years old or older and have no felony convictions.
