The Oro Valley Police Department participates in Coffee with a Cop, a national initiative in which officers sit down and chat with people about law enforcement.

Supported by the United States Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services, the event takes place monthly at town coffee shops.

Businesses interested inparticipating in an event can contact Oro Valley police spokeswoman Lt. Kara Riley at 229-4956.
