In the High Visibility Enforcement (HiVE) program, Oro Valley police officers converge on intersections, making themselves known in order to get motorists' attention and make the targeted areas safer.

This month, HiVE will go into effect at North Oracle Road at West Magee Road and West Suffolk Drive, with six motorcycle officers watching on the intersections at these times:

* 7-10 a.m. Sept. 11

* 4-7 p.m. Sept. 12

* 7-10 a.m. Sept. 23

* 4-7 p.m. Sept. 24
