Oro Valley residents can apply to fill one one of two spots on the town's Conceptual Design Review Board, which advises the Town Council about architecture, public art proposals and site plans. The board also evaluates permanent sign requests for new multi-building developments.

Applicants must be able to attend board meetings — at 6 p.m. the second and sometimes the fourth Tuesday of every month — and complete the town's Community Academy training before their term expires.

To start the application process, call 229-4700.
