Oro Valley has kicked off its Shop Oro Valley Summer Campaign, which launches May 1 and runs until July 1.

Shoppers who spend at least $25 at an Oro Valley business in that period will be able to enter into a weekly gift card drawing and, in a grand prize to be awarded July 1, a $500 Oro Valley Marketplace gift card

To enter int he drawing, bring receipts to Oro Valley Town Hall, 11000 N. La Cañada Drive between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

“The Shop Oro Valley Campaign is an important reminder that sales tax is a major source of revenue for the Town,” Mayor Satish Hiremath said in a news release. “Shopping locally ensures that your money stays in the community, providing funding for public safety, roads, parks and other services which contribute to our quality of life.”
