Tu Nidito Children and Family Services, a nonprofit that supports families dealing with death or serious medical illness, is offering free weekly grief counseling to northwest side families through Dec. 3.

Counseling sessions go from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays at Thornydale Elementary School, 7651 N. Oldfather Drive. The programs are geared to provide age-appropriate discussions to help children cope with grief.
