The Tucson Chinese Cultural Center is celebrating National Asian Heritage Month with the food-focused event Eating and Living Healthy Asian Style.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 20 at 1288 W. River Road, representatives from Harvest Moon Restaurant and Lotus Garden will demonstrate cooking healthy Chinese foods. Also, the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy will provide free health screenings, and there will be various demonstrations of the art of tai chi. Health lecturers will also give talks promoting healthy lifestyle choices.

There is free admission, but lunch will be on sale at the event.
