Teresa Cowan Jones will be ordained as a United Church of Christ minister in a 4 p.m. May 19 ceremony at Casas Adobes Congregational Church, UCC, located at 6801 N. Oracle Road.

UCC Southwest Conference Minister Rev. John Dorhauer will lead the service, which will be assisted by CACC Rev. Lee Milligan and musician Cliff Berrien.

Jones earned a Master of Divinity degree from Vanderbilt University in 1996. She was formerly coach and faculty of the Center for Progressive Leadership and currently runs an executive and personal coaching business called TC Jones Coaching. She also is a leader of the Breakthrough Leadership Institute.
