A brush fire Tuesday destroyed a shed and fifth-wheel trailer in the community of Catalina.

No one was injured in the fire, which was reported at 4 p.m. in the 16200 block of North Oracle Road, said Battalion Chief Josh Hurguy of the Golder Ranch Fire District.

The fire was between Mi Tierra Restaurant and the Catalina Marina, Hurguy said. Firefighters battled the blaze among strong winds, and brought it under control within 20 minutes of arriving at the scene, Hurguy said.

Both businesses were not affected.

Golder Ranch fire inspectors were working to determine the cause of the fire.

No damage estimate was released.
