A three-vehicle crash that resulted in a car fire on Interstate 10 Wednesday night sent four people to the hospital.

All eastbound lanes and one westbound lane on the interstate near Kino Parkway were closed just before 9:30 p.m.

Four people were taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. One person suffered from moderate burns, said Raul Garcia, spokesman for the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

The westbound lane was reopened after an hour, and all traffic in both directions was flowing by about 11:15 p.m.
