Human skeletal remains possibly of a 77-year-old Tucson woman who was missing since November were found by Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Department deputies.

Young Sook Crouch, 77, who lived near East Snyder Road and North Melpomene Way, was last seen or heard from Nov. 2, said Deputy Courtney Rodriguez, a Pima County Sheriff's Department spokeswoman.

Crouch's vehicle was found in Santa Cruz County Nov. 3 near Rio Rico at the end of Celaya Court, said Rodriguez. Crouch possibly suffered from dementia, she said.

A search of the area by Santa Cruz County Sheriff's deputies resulted in the finding of remains about one mile southwest of where Crouch's vehicle was found, said Rodriguez.

The remains were turned over to the medical examiner's office for a forensic examination, and identification of the remains.
