Police continue to investigate a three-vehicle crash in Marana Monday morning caused when a utility truck overturned.

Two people were taken to a local hospital after the crash, but neither had life-threatening injuries, said Sgt. Jose Alvarez, spokesman for the Marana Police Department.

The truck was exiting Interstate 10 onto Orange Grove Road, “misjudged the turn, ran over the median and collided with two other cars in the westbound lanes," Alvarez said.

Motor oil spilled from the overturned truck causing a hazard, Alvarez said. Traffic was backed up for several hours.

The incident is still under investigation.
