Oro Valley police have released an updated photo of one of two women suspected of check fraud.

The incident occurred Aug. 26 at an Oro Valley Walmart, 2150 E. Tangerine Road at North Oracle Road.

The women used a bad check to pay for their purchases, then left the store in a white, newer model U-Haul pick-up truck, Lt. Kara Riley, spokeswoman for the Oro Valley Police Department, said in a news release.

Both women are described as about 40 years old and between 5-feet-3 and 5-feet-5 inches tall.

One suspect weighs about 200 pounds, and was wearing a light blue tank top, dark blue denim shorts and has several tattoos on her upper arms and the left side of her chest. She is also suspected of committing check fraud within the Tucson city limits, Riley said.

The other suspect weighs about 150 pounds and was wearing a short sleeve blue denim shirt and blue jeans.

Anyone with information should call 911 or 88-CRIME.
