Sheriff’s investigators are looking for a burglar whose list of ill-gotten goods reads more like a shopping list.

Beer, toilet paper, Coca-Cola, candles, medication, office equipment, a mirror and a telescope were stolen during a 10 a.m. break-in Friday at a home in the area of North Soldier Trail and East Fort Lowell Road on the east side, said Deputy Courtney Rodriguez, spokeswoman for the Pima County Sheriff’s Department.

The burglar spent about an hour in the home. Surveillance video shows a man, who had facial hair and was wearing baseball cap, carrying a telescope through the house.

Two few days later, at about 11:40 a.m. Monday, an alarm went off at another home in the neighborhood and surveillance cameras caught a woman and a different man outside the home.

“We don’t know if they are connected or not, but given the proximity and the closeness in time we wanted to get all their faces out there,” Rodriguez said.

Anyone with information about the incidents should call 911 or 88-CRIME.
