A man is facing armed robbery in connection with the theft of a $3,000 bicycle from Pro Bike shop on the city's northeast side.

On Tuesday, Robert Todd, 52, was booked into the Pima County Jail on suspicion of armed robbery, police said.

In late February, Todd allegedly pepper sprayed the owner of the bicycle shop and stole the bike.

Police released information on the case, including photographs, and a person identified Todd as the suspect, police said.
