Tucson police look for purse thief

Tucson police are looking for a man who has stolen nearly $3,000 worth of purses from a south-side Marshalls store.

This man stole purses from the store, at 1167 W. Irvington Road, on June 4, 7 and 10, Tucson police said in a posting on Facebook.

The thief is about 30 years old, 6-feet tall and weighs about 180 pounds.

He is associated with a blue Geo Metro.

Anyone with information on his identity is urged to contact 911 or 88-CRIME.
