A woman, driving across the border with her 3-year-old daughter, was busted after officers found more than 300 pounds of pot in her SUV.

Alma Angelina Martinez-Mendoza, 30, of Sonora, as stopped Monday for an inspection at the Douglas port of entry, according to a news release from U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Officers noticed the fuel tank of her 1995 Chevrolet Blazer had been tampered with and, on closer inspection, found 310 pounds of marijuana worth more than $155,000 hidden throughout the vehicle.

The pot and the SUV were seized. Martinez-Mendoza referred to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations. And her daughter was turned over to her father.
