Democrats will be just outside the entrance to the Republican Congressional District 2 debate, demanding answers from retired Air Force Colonel Martha McSally this afternoon.
The planned protest, to be held near the Quail Creek Madera Club House, will have activists demanding answers from the presumed front-runner in the three-way race for GOP race.
Jason Ground, the communications director for the Pima County Democratic Party, said McSally has been hiding from southern Arizona voters and they deserve to know where she stands on various issues important to the region.
Today's debate will start at 2 p.m. and will be moderated by Dan Shearer, the editor of the Green Valley News.
McSally will square off today against retired Air Force Chief Master Sergeant Chuck Wooten and small business owner Shelley Kais.
