A new YouTube video is out that sets Rep. Raúl Grijalva's controversial boycott comments to a dramatic soundtrack.

The 1-minute video suggests Republican candidate Gabriela Saucedo Mercer is a better choice to represent Arizona in Congress.

The video was paid for by the California-based Republican Majority Campaign PAC. None of the group's top donors are from Arizona, according to data on OpenSecrets.org.

This PAC has raised and spent more than $3 million this election cycle, and $2 million of that was spent on anti-Obama campaigns. So it's interesting that the group is taking an interest in the Congressional District 3 race.
