Rio Rico Plaza LLC bought a 37,800-square-foot shopping center at the northwest corner of Interstate 10 and Rio Rico Drive for $2.6 million and adjacent land for $60,000. The seller, Evergreen-Interstate 19 & Rio Rico NWC, was represented by Brenna Lacey of Volk Co.

Marana Development Group LLC bought 4.34 acres of land on the southwest side of the Interstate 10, between Ina and Cortaro roads, for $1 million to build a tractor supply company store. Thrac Paulette of Vast Real Estate Solutions represented the seller, 2030 East LLC, and David Long of PK Realty represented the buyer.

Peter Eddy bought an eight-unit apartment complex at 2811-2827 E. Fort Lowell Road from Johnston Family Properties for $300,000. Allan Mendelsberg with Picor handled this transaction.

Leases

Schneider & Associates Structural Engineers Inc. leased 6,140 square feet at 2980 N. Campbell Ave. from Campbell Plaza Two LLC. Andrew Sternberg of Oxford Realty Advisors represented the tenant, and Buzz Isaacson of CBRE represented the landlord.

Joseph and Diane Naranjo leased 3,000 square feet at 1801 S. Alvernon Way from Presson Midpoint LLC. Rob Glaser and Paul Hooker with Picor represented the landlord.

ProConn Power leased 2,635 square feet at 2420 W. Ruthrauff Road from Presson Scottsdale LLC. Rob Glaser, with Picor, represented the landlord.

Metro PCS Wireless leased 1,500 square feet at 2416 E. Broadway from 2424 E. Broadway Ltd. Andrew Sternberg of Oxford Realty Advisors handled the transaction.

The law offices of Annie M. Rolfe PLLC leased 2,006 square feet at 2500 N. Tucson Blvd. from AEH Investors V LLC. David Montijo and Jeff Casper with CBRE brokered the lease.

The following businesses leased space at 1870 W. Prince Road from Presson Corp.: Natural Energy Plus Inc. leased 1,440 square feet in Suite 32, and Ronald & Courtney Williams leased 1,650 square feet in Suite 35. Rob Glaser and Paul Hooker, with Picor, represented the landlord.

The following businesses leased space at 4500 E. Speedway in Tucson from Presson Midway LLC: Alchemy DUI Services leased 938 square feet in Suite 69; Luna Recording Studio leased 1,025 square feet in Suite 86; and Brewers Connection leased 2,200 square feet in Suite 38. Rob Glaser, with Picor, represented the landlord.

The following businesses leased space at 3865 E. 38th St. from A & P Investments: Act Fast Delivery of Tucson Inc. leased 1,376 square feet in Suite 106, and Stewart Title and Trust of Tucson leased 2,200 square feet in Suite 108. Rob Glaser, with Picor, represented the landlord.

MAS Wireless Cellular LLC leased 900 square feet at 3930 E. Grant Road. David Hammack of Volk Company Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant. Greg Furrier of Picor represented the landlord, Grant and Alvernon Realty Trust.
