Federal agents working the Douglas port of entry have seized more than 814 pounds of marijuana since Sunday.

The marijuana is estimated to be worth about $394,000, according to a U.S. Customs and Border Protection news release.

The latest seizures, totaling 370 pounds, occurred Wednesday.

According to the release:

A 23-year-old woman driving a Chevrolet SUV was referred to a second inspection where authorities found 292 pounds of marijuana. The marijuana, valued at $146,000, was found in five tires and the gas tank.

The woman, who was turned over to federal authorities, is a U.S. citizen living in Agua Prieta, Sonora.

In the second incident, a Mexican national, 22, driving a Ford truck, was referred for a secondary inspection.

A drug-sniffing dog alerted authorities to the presence of marijuana in the truck.

Officers found 45 packages of marijuana in the front fenders, doors, gas tank and tailgate.

The marijuana weighed nearly 78 pounds and had an estimated value of $39,000.

The man was turned over to federal agents, and his truck and the marijuana were seized.
