A former teacher's aide - arrested last month after police said she had sexual contact with three students while three others watched - was indicted Tuesday on allegations of having sexual contact with one student.
Clarice Marie Lee, 22, will be arraigned next week in Pima County Superior Court on four counts of sexual conduct with a minor and one count of sexual exploitation of a minor. The latter count stems from allegations Lee recorded sexual contact with the 16-year-old boy.
At the time of Lee's arrest, Tucson police said a school coach reported Lee led the six students to an unused gym on Amphitheater High School's campus during lunch on Jan. 18.
Lee was accused of having intercourse there with a 16-year-old boy and sexual contact with two 18-year-old students.
The indictment lists three sex acts.
The remaining three students - one age 17 and two 18 - watched while one of them recorded the incident on a cellphone, which detectives now have, police said.
Lee resigned Jan. 22.
