A 37-year-old man was arrested Thursday in Oro Valley for reportedly pointing a toy gun at people, police said.

Bradley John Kasberger is facing three counts of aggravated assault, and was booked into the Pima County jail, said Lt. Kara Riley, an Oro Valley Police Department spokeswoman.

Police were dispatched shortly before noon to the area of East Pusch View and East Lambert lanes, west of North Oracle Road, said Riley.

There were reports of a man with a gun who was riding a bicycle, and pointing the gun at people. He was described as white, 5 feet 10 inches tall and about 170 pounds, Riley said.

Officers arrived at the scene within two minutes, and located the man who was taken into custody, said Riley.

Officers said they found the man carrying a plastic toy handgun that closely resembled a real gun, Riley said.

No injuries were reported.
