One man was arrested Tuesday in connection with a fatal stabbing of a man during a fight in Tombstone.

Jonathan Gibson, 28, was stabbed multiple times in the torso and chest at about 9:30 p.m. Monday, said Carol Capas, a Cochise County Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman.

Gibson died at a house in the 600 block of West Allen Street, said Capas.

On Tuesday, Antonio De Jesus Molina, 21, was arrested and is facing second-degree murder, Capas said.

Molina was booked into the Cochise County jail, and his bail was set at $200,000, Capas said.

Gibson’s wife, Melissa Moser, 31, also was arrested on two felony warrants for larceny and trafficking in stolen property, Capas said.

Deputies arrived at the residence after they were notified by the Tombstone Marshal’s Office about the fight, Capas said.

When Tombstone authorities arrived at the house, they found a man administering cardiopulmonary resuscitation to Gibson, Capas said.

The Tombstone Fire Department and other medical personnel were dispatched to the residence.

Investigators found out that two men and a woman were at the house during the fight.

After Gibson was stabbed, a man and woman left the house in an unknown direction, said Capas.

Molina and Moser were found by authorities Tuesday shortly after 7:30 a.m. in Tombstone.

They were detained for questioning, and subsequently arrested, Capas said. Authorities also recovered a weapon, she said.
