The U.S. Marshals Service in Tucson is looking for a convicted sex offender who is a fugitive from justice.

Dennis Marklin Foster, 66, whose last known address was on Tucson’s west side, is being sought after being charged with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

After his arrest Foster was released to Pima County Pre-trial Services and subsequently fled, according to a Marshals news release.

He was convicted in 1985 of sexual contact with a minor and sentenced to prison. He is required to register as a sex offender, the Marshals Service said.

Anyone with information about Foster can call 88-CRIME or 911.
