A man wanted in connection with a domestic violence incident in Oro Valley turned himself in to police Thursday.

Adam Christopher Sheafe, 39, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence/aggravated assault and domestic violence/kidnapping, and booked into the Pima County jail, Lt. Kara Riley, a spokeswoman for the Oro Valley Police Department, said in a news release.

Late Monday, police were called to a home near La Cañada Drive and Lambert Lane for a domestic violence incident. A woman told police Sheafe had held her against her will and choked her, the release said.
