A Tucson man was arrested on suspicion of downloading and distributing child pornography on the Internet, police said.

Jessvan Hernandez, 29, is facing four counts of sexual exploitation of a child. Hernandez is also under investigation for suspicion of sexually abusing children, police said Tuesday.

An investigation began in February into the downloading and distribution of child sex images and videos, Tucson police said in a news release.

The investigation led detectives to a home in the 1400 block of North Highland Avenue, where a search warrant was served March 28.

Detectives determined Hernandez was downloading the pornographic images. He has been booked into the Pima County jail.

Police also believe that Hernandez, who works as a masseuse, may have sexually abused several children in the last five years. Detectives believe they have located all the reported victims.

No charges have been filed in regards to the sexual abuse, but the investigation is continuing.

Anyone with information about Hernandez can call 911 or 88-CRIME.
