University of Arizona police are looking for a 63-year-old man who is suspected of stabbing another man on campus Wednesday morning.

Jose DeJesus Cuevas-Hernandez of Tucson was identified as the suspect in the stabbing, Officer Joe Bermudez, spokesman for the UA Police Department, said.

Cuevas-Hernandez is described as 5-feet-6-inches tall, with dark curly hair, a bushy mustache and a mole on his right cheek. He was wearing a light blue T-shirt with an unidentified logo, blue jeans and a green Army-style hat.

He was seen leaving the area in a gold or tan 2000 Chevrolet Malibu with Arizona license plate No. 772ZBD, Bermudez said.

The stabbing occurred just before 7 a.m. near the Park Student Center on North Tyndall Avenue between Fourth and Fifth Streets.

The victim was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening wounds, Bermudez said.
