Priscilla Carolina Rodriguez, 21, and three others were indicted on a first-degree murder charge in October 2012, stemming from a Sept. 26, 2012, shooting at Eegee's, 3872 N. Oracle Road.

Rodriguez pleaded guilty to attempted hindering prosecution in March.
