A Tucson woman connected to a fatal shooting at a north-side Eegee's was sentenced to 18 months of probation for attempted hindering prosecution.

Priscilla Carolina Rodriguez, 21, and three others were indicted on a first-degree murder charge in October 2012, stemming from a Sept. 26, 2012, shooting at Eegee's, 3872 N. Oracle Road.

Rodriguez pleaded guilty to attempted hindering prosecution in March.

Jose Carlos Gonzales, 29, was shot and killed after a fight broke out in the restaurant's parking lot.

The alleged shooter, Jovon Luis Mankel, 23, is set to go on trial in September.

A trial date has not been set for the other co-defendants Leslie Vega and Selina Acosta.

Rodriguez was sentenced by Pima County Superior Court Judge Javier Chon-Lopez.
