Officers at the Douglas port of entry seized 187 pounds of marijuana found hidden in a Ford van occupied by two female Mexican nationals Wednesday.

Customs and Border Protection officers removed 149 packages of marijuana from throughout the interior of the vehicle, according to a news release from the agency.

The drugs, worth an estimated $93,000, and vehicle were seized.

The two women's visas were cancelled and they were were turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations.
