How’s this for a colorful event: The Neon Bubble Dash, which benefits the Arizona Children’s Association, is a nighttime run and foam party that illuminates the sky all along its 5K route. Participants run, walk, skip or dance their way into the foam-infested Neon Zones and Glow Caves throughout the course. All participants receive free entry in the “Get Bubbly” foam party after the race. The event is 6:30-9 p.m. at Southwestern International Raceway, 12000 S.
