The Pima County Recorder’s Office is reminding Sunnyside voters who receive two ballots for the upcoming elections to keep the votes separate.
About 11,350 south- side voters will receive two ballots: One is for the school district’s budget override; the other is for the City Council election, according to a Recorder’s Office news release.
Voters should submit their ballots in the separate, designated envelopes for each election.
The school district ballot is addressed to the county recorder, while the city ballot is to be returned to the city clerk.
The district’s budget override ballots were mailed Oct. 10; the city ballots were mailed Thursday. Anyone with questions should contact the Recorder’s Office, 724-4330.
