The youth group (Journey to Adulthood) at St. Philip's in the Hills Episcopal Church is holding a rummage sale from 7 a.m. until at least 1 p.m. Saturday.

A variety of items will be for sale, including housewares, electronics, toys, sporting goods, holiday items and clothing.

Proceeds support the J2A Pilgrimage in summer 2010. The youth group is a two-year faith-instilling program for eighth- through 10th-graders.

The program culminates with confirmation as an Episcopalian and a pilgrimage. The J2A youth go to Canterbury, England, the seat of the Anglican Church, to experience the historic roots of their faith.

They also visit the ecumenical community of Taizé in France, where young pilgrims from all over the world gather to experience life in the monastic rhythm of worship and prayer, study and work.

St. Philip's is at 4440 N. Campbell Ave. For more information call 299-6421.
