Chef Albert Hall injects some flavoring into a pig for roasting during a "Luau Cooking Class" and lunch June 8 at Acacia Real Food and Cocktails, 3001 E. Skyline Drive. The four-hour class under Hall's guidance treated guests to an island-themed lunch with cocktails and the 40-pound pig roasted in a La Caja China (a pig roasting box) .
