The Southern Arizona Arabian Horse Association presented an Arabian/Half Arabian charity horse show Friday through Sunday at the Pima County Fairgrounds, 11300 S. Houghton Road.

Around 125 riders and between 55 and 80 different horses competed at the show.

Riders competed in categories including trail, reining and halter in addition to English, Western, pleasure, hunter pleasure, native costume and more.

The Tucson Dressage Club will have its Winter Heat from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the fairgrounds’ outdoor horse arena.

The event is free to watch; 60 horses and riders are scheduled to compete.
