Magazine clerical assistance: Enjoy working in a quiet, peaceful, smoke-free environment? Support a nationally distributed nonprofit quarterly magazine by helping with mailings, filing and organizing materials. The workplace is on a beautiful 26-acre site in northwest Tucson.

Kittycat admin crew: Have an eye for detail and organization? Help a cat shelter with data entry, large bulk mailings, shredding and other administrative tasks on weekdays any time between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. A criminal background check is required and orientation is provided. Classes are held weekly.

Deliver meals: Deliver meals and smiles to homebound seniors on Tucson’s northwest side.

Days of Caring: More than 600 volunteers are needed to lend a hand Oct. 23 and 26 at local nonprofits, licensed child care centers and schools. There’s something for everyone: light clerical duties, gardening,sorting and organizing, painting, window washing and making repairs., doing maintenance and more.
